• Produced a 19-minute podcast episode covering the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

• Reported and gathered information about the cheer team dating back to the 1970s through a series of studio recorded interviews with a variety of sources.

• Created a script for the episode with reported information and clipped interview tape.

• Recorded and edited sound clips in a professional studio using Adobe Audition and a Røde audio interface.

• Assembled the final episode in Adobe Audition and created a seamless, engaging podcast through sound editing, audio clipping, music utllization and natural sounds.

• Spearheaded the development of a photo bank program within the organization in collaboration with the magazine’s print and photography departments which involved the compilation of unpublished photos from the magazine’s print department for web articles to use instead upon request.

• Established a new content strategy and editorial calendar plan to increase the number of articles posted to the site per month.

• Edited all final drafts of articles produced by an 11-person writing staff before publishing.

• Coordinated schedules with various other departments like social media, graphics, photography and print to ensure web content is published by set due dates and market content.
